Arroyo, who turns 39 next month, missed all of last season after undergoing Tommy John surgery.

Tomlin will receive a $5.5 million guarantee and the deal includes a team option for a third season.
He already had a $2.25 million guaranteed deal for 2016.

The deal includes an opt-out after the first season.
Cespedes set career highs in a number of power categories including home runs (35), RBI (105) and OPS (.870).
The Nationals reportedly made a five-year offer to Cespedes.

The contact has an option for 2017, according to sources.
Rodney's deal is for an estimated $1.5 million and can max out at $7 million with performance bonuses.

Cain will reportedly earn $6.5 million for the coming season and $11 million in 2017.
The St. Louis Cardinals have agreed to re-sign Trevor Rosenthal, Seth Maness and Brandon Moss, avoiding salary arbitration.
Rosenthal, 25, will make a huge leap to $5.6 million next year after setting a franchise record with 48 saves last year and leads the Major Leagues with 93 saves the last two seasons.
Maness, 26, pitched in a career-high 76 games last season, among the National League leaders. He'll earn $1.4 million next season.
Moss, 32, is getting a big raise to $8.25 million, up from $6.5 million last year.
The San Diego Padres have agreed to a one-year deal with Alexei Ramirez.
The value of the deal has yet to be reported.
Ramirez, 34, had spent his entire Major League career with the Chicago White Sox.
The Los Angeles Dodgers have signed Jordan Schafer to a Minor League contract.
Schafer will earn $1 million if he makes the Major League roster.
According to a report, Schafer, who was a two-way player in high school, will attempt to transition to pitching.
