Gold Glove-winning center fielder Kevin Kiermaier is staying in Toronto, agreeing to a $10.5 million, one-year contract.

The team announced the contract on Thursday. The Blue Jays also have Daulton Varsho and George Springer in their outfield.

The 33-year-old Kiermaier hit .265 with 8 homers and 36 RBIs in 129 games in his first season with Toronto. He also won his fourth Gold Glove.

The Toronto Blue Jays have agreed to terms with Isiah Kiner-Falefa on a two-year, $15 million contract, according to a source.

The deal includes up to $1 million in incentives and is pending a physical.

Kiner-Falefa, 28, played all over the field for the New York Yankees in 2023.

Yamamoto, who has a pair of opt-outs in the contract, will receive a $50 million signing bonus. The deal contains no deferred money.

The New York Mets offered a similar contract to Yamamoto as the Dodgers, while the New York Yankees offered $300 million despite being the prohibitive favorite. 

The Philadelphia Phillies, San Francisco Giants, Boston Red Sox and Toronto Blue Jays were in the bidding.

The Dodgers previously signed Shohei Ohtani this offseason.

While Ohtani may not sign during the Winter Meetings, the two-way superstar is expected to land with a team in the coming weeks.
