The Chicago White Sox have claimed Hester Noesi off waivers from the Texas Rangers.

Chicago becomes Noesi's third team of the 2014 season.

The 27-year-old started the season with the Seattle Mariners, but was traded to Texas for cash considerations on April 12.

The Arizona Diamondbacks have claimed Roger Kieschnick off waivers from the San Francisco Giants.

Arizona has optioned Kieschnick to Triple-A Reno.

Kieschnick, who was designated for assignment at the end of Spring Training, going just 5-for-29 without an extra base hit in 34 plate appearances.

The Detroit Tigers have claimed lefty Mike Belfiore off waivers from the Baltimore Orioles.

Detroit optioned Belfiore to Triple-A.

Belfiore, 25, has no meaningful Major League experience but threw to a 3.18 ERA in 76 1/3 Triple-A innings (in just 37 appearances) last year.

The San Diego Padres have claimed Bobby LaFromboise off waivers from the Seattle Mariners.

The Padres have optioned LaFromboise to Triple-A.
