The Miami Marlins have agreed to a two-year, $12 million deal with Junichi Tazawa, according to multiple reports.

Tazawa will earn $5 million in 2017 and $7 million in 2018.

He entered free agency for the first time after making $3.375 million in arbitration this year.

Kenley Jansen and the Dodgers have agreed to a five-year, $80 million deal, a Dodgers source confirmed to ESPN's Jim Bowden on Monday.

Jansen had a trio of teams chasing him as finalists for his services: the Nationals, Marlins and Dodgers. League sources told Bowden that Jansen had better offers from both the Nationals and Marlins but wanted to stay home and was willing to take less to do it.

Marlins Make Five-Year Offer To Kenley Jansen

The Miami Marlins have reportedly extended a five-year contract offer to Kenley Jansen.

On Wednesday, Don Mattingly confirmed that he has reached out to Jansen about signing with the Marlins. The manager and closer were previously together with the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Jeff Passan of Yahoo! Sports reports that the offer is worth north of $80 million.

Source: D-Backs, Jeff Mathis Agree To Two-Year, $4M Deal

A person familiar with the situation tells The Associated Press that the Diamondbacks and catcher Jeff Mathis have agreed on a two-year, $4 million contract.

The person said the deal was pending a physical and asked not to be identified Saturday because the move had not been officially announced.
