Nelson Cruz Eligible For Tiebreaker Games

The Rangers could play one or two tiebreaker games before they even get to the Wild Card Game.

If so, the Rangers expect outfielder Nelson Cruz to be eligible for those games, according to an MLB.com report on Wednesday.

Cruz is currently serving a 50-game suspension for violation of MLBs Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.

Ryan Braun Visits Teammates

Though he's still prohibited from suiting up for the Brewers, suspended slugger Ryan Braun visited his teammates at Miller Park on Wednesday, according to an ESPN.com report.

Braun is serving a 65-game suspension for his involvement with Biogenesis, a now-closed clinic under investigation by Major League Baseball.

Restaurant Ends Deal With Ryan Braun

Brewers slugger Ryan Braun, who in July accepted a 65-game MLB suspension for his ties to the Biogenesis performance-enhancing drug scandal, still is seeing fallout from corporate America.

On Thursday, SURG Restaurant Group, the company that manages restaurants in Wisconsin announced it will sever its relationship with Braun, according to an ESPN.com report.
