The Phillies have Josh Hamilton as a fallback option if they aren't able to sign B.J. Upton or Michael Bourn.

At the very least, Philadelphia has Hamilton on their radar.

The Orioles, Mariners, Brewers, Red Sox, Braves and Rangers all have been tied in some way to chasing Hamilton.
