Shohei Otani is set to decide between playing in the Majors and staying in Japan, according to a report.

Otani, an 18-year-old high school pitcher, is being courted by every NPB team and at least three Major League teams.

The Red Sox, Dodgers and Rangers have all sent representatives to Japan to meet with Otani.
