The Indians traded outfielder Austin Kearns to the Yankees in July, a pleasant change of scenery for the journeyman. "I was excited, obviously," Kearns said. "I wasn't expecting anything. You get a chance to play in the postseason for a World Series [ring]. That's what it is all about." Kearns would love to stick with the Yankees. "I would love to stay," he said. "It doesn't get any better than playing with these guys."
