The Boston Red Sox have agreed to a one-year, $7 million deal with Adam Duvall, sources have confirmed.

Duvall, 34, struggled through an injury-plagued season with the Atlanta Braves last year, hitting .212 with 12 homers and a .677 OPS.

During this offseason, the Red Sox have lost Xander Bogaerts and J.D. Martinez to free agency, and last week Trevor Story went through significant elbow surgery. Story is expected to miss a large portion of the 2023 season.
