The Houston Astros are "re-engaging" with Carlo Correa, according to a report.

The club has reached out to Correa about re-signing and the report states the two sides are "in discussions."

The shortstop has spent his entire career with the Astros, winning a Rookie of the Year Award and earning two All-Star selections and a Gold Glove Award in seven seasons.

Houston reportedly made Correa a five-year, $160 million extension offer, but he's opted to test the open market to this point.
