Astros left-hander Andy Pettitte will not pitch on Monday in St. Louis, manager Phil Garner announced minutes before batting practice at Busch Stadium. Right-hander Taylor Buchholz will start in place of Pettitte, who rolled his ankle while shagging fly balls over the weekend in Milwaukee.
