The White Sox have offered salary arbitration to left-hander Mark Buehrle. Buehrle has pitched at least 200 innings in every season since 2001 and has until Nov. 30 to decline or accept the offer. If he declines and signs with another team, the White Sox would receive a draft pick in compensation.
