Padres closer Heath Bell is seeking a three-year deal this winter. San Diego would give Bell a two-year deal worth a total of $14 million to $16 million with an option for 2014 to keep him. The two sides will negotiate after the World Series to see if they can come to terms on some sort of agreement.
