Angels outfielder Mike Trout, who was rated by Baseball America as the second-best prospect heading into the 2011 season, is starring for the Arkansas Travelers of the Double-A Texas League. Trout is hitting .305/.413/.512 with 18 RBIs and 13 stolen bases. His power numbers aren't extremely high, but he does have six home runs in 45 games. The 25th overall selection in the 2009 First-Year Player Draft, Trout has shown tremendous patience at the plate. He has struck out 31 times, while walking 28 times. To his credit, he has hit better with runners on base than with the bases empty. Trout is hitting .322/.438/.593 with runners on and .295/.398/.467 with the bases empty.
