Yankees starter Bartolo Colon pitched very well against the Red Sox on Friday night and then ducked questions about his controversial offseason shoulder surgery in which Major League Baseball is investigating. Colon limited Boston to just five hits and two earned runs over six-plus innings. He had little to say about his revolutionary surgery, one in which stem cells were harvested from his own bone marrow, mixed with fat tissue and injected into his elbow and shoulder with surprisingly effective results. The procedure took place in April 2010. "That's something that you're going to have to talk to the Players' Association about," Colon said through his interpreter.
