Jose Canseco hit a home run to left-center field on the third pitch of the first at-bat of his United League Baseball debut. Canseco's Laredo Broncos beat the Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings 16-8 on Monday night. He pinch-hit with a runner at second and two outs in the bottom of the sixth. "My first step was getting back into the game, in whatever way, shape and form," Canseco said. "I don't know how I'll perform physically, since I'm 46 and haven't played at this level in a long time. We'll see what happens."
