Red Sox slugger David Ortiz left Saturday night's game in the ninth inning after feeling pain in his left wrist after a swing, according to The Boston Globe.
Ortiz, who homered earlier in the game, had his at-bat finished by Sean Casey.
"He took a swing and felt something in his wrist," Manager Terry Francona said. "It was very tender. That is what we know right now. Obviously, it is a concern. We will wait to hear what happened."
