David Ortiz: The Red Sox DH has 14 HR's and 42 RBI's for the first-place Red Sox. 3.(5.) Derek Jeter: Jeter has been consistent at the plate this season for the NYY and is currently hitting .348. On Friday, he picked up his 2,000th hit. 4.(8.) Casey Blake: Blake is hitting a hot .354 for the Indians. 5.(6.) Michael Young: The Texas SS has raised his average this week to .328. 6.(3.) Miquel Tejada: The veteran SS is hitting .333 with 63 hits for the Orioles. 7.(10.)
