Pitcher Josh Fogg, a slayer by nickname, defined himself this past season with his ability to beat big-name pitchers, namely Brandon Webb, Curt Schilling and Mike Mussina.
Yorvit Torrealba forged his reputation on leadership and clutch hits, valuable commodities in a thin free-agent class of catchers. Both would like to return to the Rockies, but their agents have informed the National League champions that they will file for free agency.
"Josh would like to come back, but right now we don't know what the market is going to do. So we will take this step," agent Danny Horwits said.
