Marlins pitcher Scott Olsen has enrolled in a pretrial diversion program that could lead to dismissal of felony charges against him stemming from a DUI arrest.
Olsen was arrested around 4 a.m. on July 21 after allegedly refusing to pull over and getting into a fight with police. He was booked on charges of driving under the influence, resisting an officer with violence and fleeing and eluding an officer.
