Rich Harden is feeling good, he's throwing off a mound, and he's not putting any timetable on his return, nor is he following a strict schedule of rehab. Harden has learned through his various injuries the past three years that, once dates are set, any deviation is seen as a setback. He'd like more flexibility, and he now feels as if he knows himself well enough to decide if he's OK to throw or if he should take it easy. "I'll go with how my body feels," he said Tuesday. "That's what I've been doing the last three or four weeks and my body feels great. But looking three or four weeks in advance, there's no point, because I don't know. I just try to make steady progress."
