Homer Bailey's scheduled start Friday night against the Cleveland Indians at Great American Ball Park is the most ballyhooed debut by a Reds starting pitcher in 30 years. The 21-year-old blue-chip prospect is seen by many Reds fans as the franchise's savior -- possibly for this season and surely for the future. "I don't think the Reds are looking for me to be a big season-changer," Bailey said Tuesday. "I think, in their mind, it's 'Let's get him up here now just in case (we make a run) ... let him make his adjustments now, and if we need him later on in the season, he's already got his feet wet.'"
