The Boston Red Sox are a "preferred destination" for Nolan Arenado, according to a report.

The St. Louis Cardinals third baseman has a full no-trade clause. In December, Arenado reportedly blocked a trade to the Houston Astros.

It remains to be seen how much interest the Red Sox have in trading for Arenado. Boston has an established third baseman in Rafael Devers.
