The Los Angeles Dodgers remain in contact with Clayton Kershaw about a possible contract for the 2024 season.

Kershaw had shoulder surgery in early November and is expected to be out until at least the middle of the season.

The 35-year-old free agent has been with the Dodgers since he was drafted out of high school in 2006.

"We continue to stay in touch with Clayton and we'll progress," said Dodgers general manager Brandon Gomes.
