The negotiating window for Major League clubs to attempt to acquire Japanese pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto is expected to begin Tuesday, according to a source.

Yamamoto is expected to be posted Monday and the 45-day process for MLB teams to negotiate with him will begin the following day.

Yamamoto, 25, is expected to be a top target for MLB teams.
