Julio Teheran has opted out of his minor league deal with the San Diego Padres, according to a report.
The Padres will have to decide whether or not to add the pitcher to their 40-man roster or release him back into free agency.
Teheran, 32, also opted out of his contract earlier this month, but the right-hander and the club agreed to a new deal just two days later.
