The Hanshin Tigers of the NPB are going to make right-hander Shintaro Fujinami available to Major League clubs this offseason via the posting system, according to a report.

Fujinami, 28, began his career as a highly-touted prospect, but he's battled control issues.

In 16 appearances for the Tigers this season, Fujinami had a 3.38 ERA, 65 strikeouts and 21 walks in 66 2/3 innings.
