A total of 14 players were issued qualifying offers prior to Sunday's deadline.

The total is the highest number of qualifying offers issued since 2015. The 14 players have until November 17 to decide whether or not to accept the offer.  If they accept, they’ll receive $18.4 million next season, and can't be traded until June 15, 2022. 

if the player rejects the offer, the team that signs him will have to provide draft pick compensation.
