The New York Mets have activated David Wright from the disabled list and he's scheduled to get one more start at third base before he walks away from the game.

Wright is unlikely to see action before Friday because the Mets are currently playing the Atlanta Braves, who are competing for home-field advantage in the playoffs.

It's possible Wright could pinch-hit in a blowout situation.

The Mets host the Miami Marlins in the final series of the season.
