The Minnesota Twins will have Hunter Greene in for a workout and meeting on Friday.

It had been reported that the Twins planned to pass on Greene with the No. 1 overall pick next week.

Most feel the Twins will use the selection on a college player -- such as Vanderbilt right-hander Kyle Wright or Louisville two-way star Brendan McKay -- instead of the prep pitcher/shortstop.
