Hal Steinbrenner doesn't think the New York Yankees need to sign Stephen Drew to help their injury-depleted infield.

"I'm pretty content with our infield right now," Steinbrenner said. "I think guys like [Dean] Anna and [Yangervis] Solarte have been pleasant surprises. Kelly Johnson has been good. Derek [Jeter] is healthy. So so far, so good. But it's early."

The Yankees have seen a number of their infield options sidelined early this season -- including Mark Teixeira and Francisco Cervelli.

A source Monday said there was "no way" New York would sign Drew, who remains on the free agent market.
