Mariano Rivera, pitching in his final All-Star Game, was named MVP after the American League shutout the National League 3-0 on Tuesday night.

Rivera, the all-time saves leader, came out to pitch the eighth inning.

He jogged onto the field and was the only player out of the dugout as the fans and players stood to clap for the presumed Hall of Famer.

Rivera retired the three batters he faced.
