B.J. Upton "is looking to make a decision this week," according to a Tampa Bay Times report. Meanwhile, Ryan Madson could be on his way to joining the Angels.

Philadelphia officials met with Upton earlier this month and are very much interested in signing him "if the money doesn't go crazy."
