The Yankees extended three $13.3 million qualifying offers this month and all three were declined.
Nick Swisher, Hiroki Kuroda and Rafael Soriano all declined one-year deals for 2013 at the qualifying offer rate.
"I'm not surprised whatsoever," Brian Cashman said. "I expected it."
The trio are expected to survey other options and long-term deals.
