Nearly three dozen Yankee Stadium waiters have banded together to seek up to $1 million from the team in unpaid tips.

There is a 20% service charge on food ordered from menus at the elite Field Level section in the Bronx. The mandatory tip should be going to the servers, but it hasn't. The group of waiters is seeking between $500,000 and $1 million in tips over the course of three seasons.

The servers claim that the service charge went straight into the pockets of the Yankees and Legends Hospitality LLC, a corporation created to run the stadium's concessions.
