During a radio interview on WKJR in Seattle on Tuesday morning, Felix Hernandez issued a "promise" to host Mitch Levy that he has nothing to worry about when it comes to him leaving the Mariners.

Geoff Baker of the Seattle Times writes that if Hernandez is definitely committed to the franchise, then the Mariners need to get the right-hander's signature on a long-term contract.
