If the Nationals do intend on limiting Stephen Strasburg to 160 or so innings, many are wondering why they haven't decided to give him additional rest. One option would be skipping the right-hander on Friday against Colorado and then bringing him back for his next turn in the rotation after the All-Star break. That plan would give Strasburg close to three weeks off. He is currently on pace to finish the regular season with 180 innings pitched.
