Jim Thome hit his 100th home run as a member of the Phillies on Sunday against the Blue Jays. He became the fourth player in baseball history to hit at least 100 home runs for three different teams, joining Alex Rodriguez, Reggie Jackson and Darrell Evans. Thome hit 337 home runs with the Indians and 134 with the White Sox. "It's special," he said. "You look at Philadelphia, Chicago, Cleveland and all are great baseball cities. To do that with the Phillies is special. It's something to be proud of."
