Orioles first baseman Chris Davis earned the win in the team's 9-6 win over the Red Sox in seventeen innings on Sunday. Davis, who went 0-for-7 with five strikeouts at the plate, took the mound in the bottom of the 16th inning -- for his first career pitching performance -- he pitched two scoreless innings with a pair of strikeouts and two hits allowed. He is the first American League position player to win a game since Rocky Colavito of the Yankees, who achieved the feat on August 25, 1968.
