Yankees right-hander Dave Robertson has pitched so well this season that many are wondering whether he will eventually replace legendary closer Mariano Rivera.
"Maybe that can happen a few years down the road," Robertson said. "But I don't have to worry about that. Mo's not leaving. It would be cool to do [to be the closer]. But we have No. 42 and he ain't leaving."
Currently, Robertson is being asked to be Rivera's dominant setup man, just as the veteran was back in 1996.
