Mets manager Terry Collins wants to keep his coaching staff intact for the 2012 season.
"I do think they should all be back," Collins said. "They all did a great job, and there is something to be said for stability."
Only hitting coach Dave Hudgens arrived with the current regime, and according to a front office insider, he is the lone member of the staff with a two-year deal.
All the others have, in a sense, been under review this season.
While general manager Sandy Alderson recently declined to say whether or not he anticipated changes on the staff, Collins was willing to strongly endorse all of his coaches.
