Howard Johnson, 50, who played for the Tigers, Mets, Rockies and Cubs, will play a pair of minor league games with his son.
Johnson and his son, Glen, were signed for Sunday and Monday's games by the Rockland Boulders of the Can-Am League.
Boulders president Ken Lehner said that playing professional baseball together will be "a dream come true for the Johnson family."
