Yankee teammates Derek Jeter and Jorge Posada made history on Thursday night in Toronto. When Posada came into the game as a pinch hitter in the eighth inning, it marked the 1,660th game he and Jeter played together. According to the Elias Sports Bureau, that's the most regular-season games two players have ever appeared in together in Yankees history. The only other current big league teammates to even play 1,000 games together are Jeter and Alex Rodriguez (1,050).
