Resurgent catcher Russell Martin could be the latest member of the Yankees to make a trip to the disabled list. Martin had missed four consecutive games with back stiffness before returning to the lineup on Sunday night. H He sat out New York's games on Monday and Tuesday night as well. In addition to the back issues, Martin is dealing with a toe injury suffered during batting practice in early May. After getting off to a hot start at the plate, Martin is hitting just .183 since the beginning of May.
