Fans in Minnesota are growing tired of Joe Mauer's long absence from the lineup.
The Twins catcher hasn't played in about a month after complaining of sore legs.
Patrick Reusse of The Star Tribune writes that "the public's view of the injured catcher's part in this flop of a Twins season is growing harsher by the day."
Mauer signed an eight-year, $184 million contract with the Twins in March of last year.
