Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter will return to the lineup against the Rangers on Friday night after sitting out Thursday's loss to the Tigers. Jeter was lifted from Wednesday night's game after manager Joe Girardi saw him favoring his left hip. "There is no injury. I have had zero treatment," Jeter said. "I am not happy but I am not upset about it. I am not going to fight somebody." Jeter is hitting .250 this season with a .308 OBP and zero home runs.
