Brewers pitcher Zack Greinke has brought his competitiveness to the mound this spring.
"He's not there just to get his work in," catcher Wil Nieves said. "He wants to get people out."
Greinke needed 38 pitches to get through his two innings in an 8-1 loss to the Rangers on Sunday. He did limit the damage to one run on five hits; he didn't walk a batter.
"Maybe next start I have to pick it up a little more," Greinke said.
