As Albert Pujols gets closer to reporting for Spring Training, so does the deadline for the Cardinals to sign him to a contract extension. The only problem is the exact deadline remains unclear. Pujols is reportedly set to arrive at Roger Dean Stadium on Wednesday. However, general manager John Mozeliak said Saturday that it has not been made clear to him exactly when zero hour would be. "Honestly I don't know at the moment," he said. "I'll know when I need to know." If no deal is reached, Albert Pujols would become a free agent shortly after the 2011 World Series.
