The Angels and Jared Weaver have gone to salary arbitration. The right-hander is asking for $8.8 million, but the team is arguing he should be paid $7,365,000. Weaver, 28, was 13-12 with a 3.01 ERA in 34 starts for the Angels last season. He made $4,265,000 last year.
