Derrek Lee is eager to get his contract extension completed within the next week, and while the sides talked again Thursday, there was still no resolution. Lee has yet to give a deadline for an extension but said, "Hopefully we can get it done and get it behind us." Cubs general manager Jim Hendry is expected to get his own extension Saturday. "He's taking all our money," Lee said, laughing. "We see the priority list around here."
